FORTON Legal Łatała i Wspólnicy Law Firm: Partner of the 4th Family Business Congress

On 21–22 May 2026, the 4th edition of the Family Business Congress ‘Succession in Business’ took place. The aim of the Congress was to create a space for in-depth debate on the current challenges and future of family businesses, with particular emphasis on the succession process. FORTON Legal acted as a Partner for this event.
The event programme included numerous panel sessions devoted to, amongst other things, various succession models, family foundations, inheritance planning in the context of family and business, succession management, as well as issues of corporate and family governance. Participants had the opportunity to explore both the practical aspects of running family businesses and the strategic directions for their development in a changing economic environment.
The Congress also featured a meeting of the Małopolska Council for Succession and Business Transfer at the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolska Province.
