We have extensive experience in the demerger of public companies and the reverse takeover of a public company. We provide professional assistance that is understandable to the layman and ensure that the investment proceeds safely.

Delisting of companies and quarterly dividends

We assist in carrying out a safe delisting of the company using part of the company's funds. We also provide support on the preparation and execution of the quarterly dividend payment on the public market.

Compensation in connection with the enactment of a local zoning plan

We are experienced in litigating against local government units to obtain compensation for the reduction in the value of real estate due to the enactment of a local zoning plan.

Representation of companies in public or sector procurement processes

We have extensive experience in providing legal advice in public procurement proceedings for construction works such as the construction of: power plants, combined heat and power plants, power units, gas boilers, for the construction of tram tracks and for the supply of electricity, for the extension and modernisation of sewage treatment plants, for the supply of specialised equipment for the coal industry, as well as for the provision of postal services.

Advising on the power plant contract process

We have advised on the largest contracts for the construction of power plants and combined heat and power plants (Opole, Jaworzno). We provide complex support both at the negotiation stage and at the conclusion of contracts in public procurement proceedings, as well as at the contract execution stage. We assist in negotiating the content of financing and collateral agreements with banks and financial institutions.

Support for public companies in their relations with the capital market

We support public companies in moments of image crisis and the resulting responsibility of such companies towards the capital market. We assist in difficulties related to the fulfilment of information obligations resulting from legal regulations.

Liability of the company's authorities towards shareholders/stockholders

We advise on the liability of corporate authorities for errors in management or supervision in both functioning entities and those in bankruptcy, including advising on the liability of corporate authorities in connection with bankruptcy and unpaid bonds in the largest insolvency case involving a debt collection company. We also handle actio pro socio cases.

Complicated proceedings for multi-million dollar damages

We provide legal advice in intricate compensation cases. Our assistance involves a multi-track approach, including negotiations with the perpetrator of the damage, so that the client avoids financial losses and the perpetrator of the damage avoids reputational damage.
