Legal and administrative proceedings. Arbitration and mediation
Each of our firm’s lawyers has extensive litigation experience. We understand that the security of your business depends not only on good legal care, but also on effective representation of your interests before public authorities. Together with you, we prepare the optimal strategy of action, taking into account the importance of the case for your business situation, the risks associated with protracted proceedings and the opportunities that a settlement may offer.
We offer our assistance on the grounds of court and administrative proceedings, in particular before regulatory authorities such as the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, patent offices, the Office of Electronic Communications or the Energy Regulatory Authority. We will safely guide you through restructuring and insolvency proceedings as well as bailiff and tax enforcement. In our work, we use alternative dispute resolution methods, seeking substitutes for years of court proceedings.

Legal proceedings
We represent clients before the Supreme Court and common courts in civil and commercial cases. We provide defence in criminal proceedings related to the conduct of business and in criminal fiscal cases. We also provide assistance on the grounds of insolvency, restructuring and execution cases.
Administrative proceedings
We appear on behalf of clients in administrative proceedings before state and local government administrative authorities and in proceedings before provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. We specialise in cases before regulatory authorities, including the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the Patent Office, the office of Electronic Communications (UKE) and the Energy Regulatory Office (URE).
Mediation and Arbitration
We provide legal assistance in the preparation and conduct of arbitration proceedings, including those of an international character. We participate in mediation and conciliation proceedings, and encourage the use of alternative dispute resolution methods when this is beneficial to the party we represent.
Intellectual property proceedings
We specialise in intellectual property litigation. We provide protection of intellectual property rights (patents, utility models, trademarks), represent clients in registration proceedings and appear before the courts in cases involving infringement of copyright or other intangible property rights of our clients.
