23 February 2024
Our lawyers have once again advised our Client – Polska Grupa Bruno Tassi, a leading distributor of meat and cured meat products in Poland. This time FORTON Legal supported the Client in preparing for the transaction of acquisition of Bruno Tassi by Zemportic Investments. The transaction was preceded by a complicated process of reorganisation and separation of two business lines – sold distribution from food production.
Polska Grupa Bruno Tassi was founded in 1991 and is currently one of the largest Polish distributors of meat, cold cuts, poultry and groceries, including dairy and protein, serving not only retail shops but also the HoReCa channel. The company has a countrywide reach due to 12 distribution branches throughout Poland, currently employs over 500 employees and has a turnover in excess of PLN 770 million.
