Ernest Holewa

Trainee legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow and a graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

In the team, he mainly deals with company law and capital market law. He advises and prepares documents related to corporate services for capital companies, including public companies.

His interests mainly revolve around corporate governance and corporate disputes. He gained experience in Krakow law firms dealing with ongoing services for entrepreneurs and procedural law.
