Ewelina Koźmińska, PhD

Specializes in commercial and business law. Provides comprehensive support to capital companies in terms of reviewing and analyzing contracts, as well as preparing other documents related to ongoing corporate matters, and handling all legal activities arising from the nature of business operations and associated obligations. Her interests also include issues related to public procurement law.

Author of publications in the field of public economic law. She gained professional experience in Krakow law firms serving Polish and foreign corporate clients as well as individuals, particularly in the areas of commercial law and civil law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. In 2021, she defended her doctoral dissertation prepared under the supervision of Professor Anna Walaszek-Pyzioł at the Department of Public Economic Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University entitled “Procurements in Investments for Public Purpose”. Recipient of the Jagiellonian University Rector’s Scholarship for the best doctoral students. Graduate of Executive MBA studies. She also completed postgraduate studies in “Law of New Technologies” at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Fluent in English.
