She manages the everyday operations of the law firm. Responsible for the realization of activities in areas such as, i.a. administration, finance, HR and recruitment. Coordinates current office functioning, manages expenses, cooperates with external companies. Supervises the work of the secretariat. Manages communication with clients and marketing issues. Creates and implements work standards and procedures.
Her experience related to office administration and management extends over ten years. She has been working with the law firm Forton Legal Łatała i Wspólnicy sp.k. since 2015. Before that, she gained experience in multinational corporations.
Graduated in Administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She speaks English.
