Katarzyna Zajas-Aydogan

She has been with the Law Firm for over 20 years; since 2006 she has been one of its Partners. Specializes primarily in civil law and contracts for investment and construction projects as well as real estate contracts. Advises clients on a wide range of civil law matters related to their day-to-day operations.

Her extensive experience in handling infrastructure projects has resulted in her advising on the largest power plant construction transactions both at the negotiation and contracting stage in the public procurement process and at the contract execution stage. 

Expert in real estate transactions. Supervises the real estate DD processes carried out by the Law Firm, participates in preparation and negotiating real estate sale and purchase agreements. She has advised on a number of development projects, both residential and  relating to logistics centers. Shares her knowledge and experience at training courses for entities operating in the property development industry.

She has successfully advised clients on numerous domestic and international M&A transactions. Advises clients on all types of share and asset acquisitions. 

She is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Postgraduate Management and Business Studies at the Jagiellonian University and a law course at the Faculty of Law of Utrecht University (the Netherlands). Speaks fluent English.
