Attorney-at-law

He specialises in civil law, economic and commercial law, bank law, labour law and administrative law. Advises business entities on all legal aspects of their current operations. He formulates and gives his opinion on trade and employment contacts. He is involved in due diligence projects regarding transactions and companies (M&A). Deals with issues of trade marks and unfair competition acts, especially he conducts clients’ cases regarding registration and legal disputes at European Union Intellectual Property Office.

He pleads cases of Forton Legal clients in court litigation regarding labour law, civil law, company law and also regarding administrative and tax matters in public administration authorities and administrative judicial proceedings, and in criminal proceedings too.

He has extensive, over 10 years,  experience of working with credit transactions and banking products and services, that he gained while working in banking sector. He conducts trainings for financial institutions and developers, especially in development market regulations. He also conducts classes and courses regarding civil, company, administrative law, administrative judicial proceedings and law enforcement in administration.

Graduate of Faculty of Law and Admistration of Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He also completed  with honours a Master’s Degree in economics, international finance specialisation, in Faculty of Management and Social Communication, Jagiellonian University, where he defended a master’s thesis of “monetary policy of central banks”. He was a scholarship holder of Franciszek Witek Fund , as part of Stanislaw Estreicher Jagiellonian University Fund. He is fluent in English.
