Veronika Huplik

She specializes in corporate law and capital market law. Provides advice on day-to-day corporate services for capital companies and their governing bodies. She has experience in preparing the prospectus for the Bond Issuance Program, drafting supplements during the program, and communicating with the Financial Supervision Authority in the proceedings for approval of the prospectus.

She focuses her interest on the disclosure obligations of public companies, particularly with regard to obligations under the MAR Regulation. She has experience in the preparation of policies for the flow of inside information in Capital Groups, as well as in the preparation of opinions on disclosure obligations prepared for the needs of the management bodies of public companies.

Her experience also includes advising on restructuring projects, including transformations and mergers of companies related to changes in the operating patterns of Capital Groups. She also has experience in legal due diligence of companies regarding capital matters.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University and of American Law Program organized by The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, Washington, D.C. She is fluent in English.
